5A03 Aluminum Plate Heat Treatment

Homogenization annealing

Heating 460 ~ 475 °C; Heat Preservation 12 ~ 14h; air cooling.

Rapid annealing

Heating 350 ~ 410 °C; holding time 30 ~ 120 min; air or water cooling.

High temperature annealing

Heating 350 ~ 420 °C, holding time 10 ~ 30min when finished product thickness ≥6mm. When the thickness of the finished product is less than 6mm, the holding time is 2 ~ 10min and air cooling.

Low temperature annealing

Heating 250 ~ 300 °C, holding time 1 ~ 2h, air cooling.
