Features and scope of application:
It is a kind of welding and argon arc welding that has the tendency to form intergranular cracks; the machinability of the alloy after quenching and cold work hardening is good, but it is not good in the annealed state. The corrosion resistance is not high, and anodizing treatment and painting methods are often used, or the surface is coated with aluminum layer to improve the corrosion resistance.

Heat treatment specification:
1) Homogenization annealing: heating at 480~495℃; heat preservation for 12~14h; furnace cooling.
2) Complete annealing: heating 390~430℃; holding time 30~120min; furnace cooling to 300℃, air cooling.
3) Rapid annealing: heating 350~370℃; holding time 30~120min; air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching 495~505℃, water cooling; artificial aging 185~195℃, 6~12h, air cooling; natural aging: room temperature 96h
