Heat treatment specification
1) Complete annealing: heating 370 ~ 450℃; Depending on the effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is 30 ~ 120min. At the speed of 30 ~ 50℃/h, follow the furnace cooling to below 300℃, and then air cooling. 2) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370℃; Depending on the effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is 30 ~ 120min. Air or water cooling. 3) Quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 505℃, water cooling; Natural aged at room temperature, 96h.
